Booking and scheduling
Customers pick a time that’s actually free, and you see the whole day in one place.

I build booking tools, quote calculators, customer portals and the tools your team uses every day, and I look after each app once it’s live. A Starter App is $6,500, and you can plan one first with a one-week Blueprint for $1,500.

Orders and quote requests arrive complete, with what you need to answer them, instead of as a voicemail.
A place where your customers check a job’s status, pay or rebook without calling.
The spreadsheet your team keeps up to date becomes a tool built around how the work moves.
I start an app by laying out its screens in order: what your customer taps first, what they see next, and what shows up on your end when they’re done. Each screen follows the way your business already runs.

If your team books, orders or tracks something by hand, that’s usually where an app starts. Tell me what that work is and how often it comes up, and I’ll tell you plainly whether software would earn its keep.
An app can stand on its own or sit behind your website, so a customer books on the site and the booking lands in the tool your team uses.
It takes one week. I sit down with you and map who uses the app, what they need to do and what it has to keep track of. You get a written scope, an outline of the main screens and a fixed quote. The full $1,500 comes off the build if you start within 30 days, and the documents are yours either way.
An app that does one job for your business, with up to six screens, logins for your staff and customers, a screen where you manage it all, email confirmations and a link to one outside service, like Stripe for card payments, Google Calendar or an AI tool. It could take bookings with deposits, send a quote as a PDF, or show customers the status of their job. It goes live in about five weeks, with 30 days of free fixes after launch.
These are apps with subscriptions, several kinds of users or more outside services. They start with a Blueprint, which sets the exact price and timeline, and I build them in phases, each with its own fixed price.
Once it’s live, App Care is $299 a month for hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and fixes, plus up to five changes a month. Once the app is paid for, its code is yours, the same as a website.
