How a website goes up.
Websites start at $350, and I design each one around one business and how its customers choose who to call. Below, you can watch one go up: Petrak & Daughter Tire Co., a concept build.
It starts with what’s already true.
Your name, your street, what your customers say about you. I read your reviews before I choose a typeface.
A homepage, first.
After a 20-minute call, I build the top of your homepage with your name and your reviews, and send it as a link you can open on any phone or laptop.
Approve it, and the rest goes up.
Pay half to start, and I build the rest: service pages, a gallery, your reviews and a way to get in touch. You pay the other half at launch.
Live on your own domain.
yourbusiness.com
Your domain is registered in your name from the first day.

What every site includes.
Pages built around your work
Services, prices if you publish them, a gallery of real jobs, and your reviews where a new customer will see them.
A clear way to reach you
Every site has click to call and a request form, one tap away on a phone and never more than a scroll away on a laptop. The Business Site and Signature 3D Site add booking, and a Landing Page can add it for $100.
Your own domain and email
Your site at your own web address, like yourbusiness.com, with a matching email address. I set both up in your name, and the providers bill you directly.
Tested where your customers are
Checked on phones and laptops before it goes live, at the sizes people actually use.
After it’s live.
Care is $149 a month. It covers hosting, security and up to five changes a month, like a new photo, a price or your holiday hours. A new page is $100.
When something needs to change, you text the person who built it.
Care is optional. Without it, I hand the finished site over on a free hosting account in your name, like Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, and quote any changes you want later.
Plain answers.
Who owns the site?
You do. Your domain is in your name from the first day. Once the final payment clears, the code, design and content made for you are yours. I keep the general tools I build with, and you get a permanent license to the parts your site uses, so any developer can work on it.
Do I have to commit before I see anything?
No. After a 20-minute call, I build the top of your homepage and send it as a link. You decide after you’ve seen it.
Who do I talk to?
Me. The person who designs your site is the person who answers when something needs to change.
What do I need to send you?
For a Landing Page or Business Site, you send your text and photos, or I write the words for $100 on a Landing Page and $300 on a Business Site. For a Signature 3D Site, I write the words, so you send photos and the facts it needs, like your services, prices and hours.
Do you use templates?
No. Each site gets its own typefaces, colors and layout, chosen for that business. The code tools underneath carry over from build to build; the design never does.
What does it cost?
A one-page site is $350 and goes live in four days. A site of up to five pages is $1,000 and goes live in seven, and a site of up to eight pages built around a 3D centerpiece is $2,000 and goes live in 12. The days count from when I have your deposit and everything I need from you. Care, extras and payment terms are on the pricing page.
